October 2026
Strategy & foundations
Newsletter delivery, partner follow-up, a refreshed dashboard and a 30-minute status call. Decisions and next actions live in a shared workboard.
A founder voice interview each, a 60-minute performance review, the next content calendar and two prioritized growth tests. The review replaces that week’s status call.
Agency: delivery and reporting. Client: facts, offers and approvals. Website provider: pages and tags. Issuer: release approval and card events.
Explore each scope. Every tier includes the three founders, weekly nurture and a managed partner pipeline.
The pre-launch program builds readiness. The launch engagement brings the channels, partners and member experience together.
Approved message and offer. Founder and affiliate kits. Partner publishing dates. Email/SMS sequence. Website briefs. Tested links and issuer events.
Coordinate founder posts, partner promotions, newsletters and paid campaigns. Monitor the application handoff, welcome members and route issues to named owners.
Follow up with subscribers and partners. Refine the campaign. Deliver 7-day and 30-day reports covering acquisition cost, issuer-confirmed events and participation.
Final quantities, media, partner commitments and staffing are quoted separately. Work already covered by the monthly service is identified to prevent double billing. Release remains subject to issuer readiness and approval.
A place for women to ask questions, find resources, share progress and return for the next conversation. The custom member app is a separate one-time Scale project.
Starter and Growth configure a licensed hosted community instead. No issuer rewards portal, bank connections, underwriting or native mobile app is included.
Illustrative feature preview. Final product design follows discovery.
Updated weekly, reviewed monthly. Measure work delivered alongside the outcomes it produces. Forecasts use observed rates and agreed budgets, with assumptions made visible.
Move the sliders to explore a month of newsletter growth. An illustrative model, ready for your own assumptions.
Modeled sign-ups before verification and deduplication.
Affiliate visits = partners × share who publish × visits per partner. Paid visits = ad budget ÷ cost per visit. Each source uses the same sign-up rate. Traffic is assumed not to overlap; duplicate emails and repeat visitors can reduce verified growth. These are newsletter sign-ups, not card approvals or memberships.
Planning estimate. Software, travel, talent, equipment, affiliate fees, rewards and taxes are extra. Launch scope and price remain TBD. A selection here does not book services.
Three operating levels, clearly separated from the systems we build. Month-to-month service, with no annual payment package.

Review the exact quantities, responsibilities, build acceptance and payment terms below. Exploring a tier above does not select or sign an agreement.
Publish through the founders. Capture subscribers. Nurture them weekly. Recruit partners who introduce Pink Card to new audiences.
Define and connect. Interview all three founders; approve voices, audiences and newsletter promises. Map 1–5 capture paths, configure the CRM and source tracking, and research the first affiliate list.
Publish and capture. Start the selected social schedule. Publish capture forms through the website provider, test welcome emails and begin weekly newsletters. Send approved partner invitations.
Find the first productive channels. Test founder calls to action and newsletter topics. Train approved affiliates, issue tracked links and coordinate initial promotions. Review the first acquisition results.
Expand what works. Repeat promising content and partner offers. Recruit against audience gaps. Invite members into the hosted community, or test the selected custom portal with a pilot group.
Prepare the launch program. Secure partner interest and proposed publishing dates. Test onboarding and referral tracking. Draft the Q2 campaign brief, budget and low/base/high growth forecast.
Confirm readiness. Review issuer approvals, application events, community acceptance and website dependencies. Agree launch scope, budget, owners and launch assets before booking production.
